Construction Update: April 2021

April finishes bring May openings! Well, that’s not exactly how the saying goes, but we are just about a month away from opening our doors here at Providence Living at Maitland. We are so excited to watch the interior and exterior transform into a home for new members of our family.

The front facade is beginning to look exactly like the rendering with window awnings and roof installed, stacked stone adorning the entry, pavers lining the drive, and landscaping is being set. Our mosaic art panels will be coming shortly, as well as our signage and poured concrete for our parking lot.

Inside, interior finishes are being installed and it is beginning to feel like a community. Seen here are images of Mom’s Kitchen and our dining room on the second floor. Residents will soon be able to participate in cooking demonstrations, experience excellent cuisine, and dine with fellow residents, family, and friends. 

Our luxury fixtures and textures provide a cozy and intimate environment much like home, as well as provide a soothing and welcoming living space. It won’t be long before furnishings complete the space and the community will be move-in ready.

We remain on target for a May opening where will begin in-person tours for our new families. Check back next month for more updates!
