Construction Update: March 2021

We’re “March”ing into spring with continued progression of Providence Living at Maitland. We are so excited to see new additions almost daily, and even moreso that our community will be welcoming residents in just a few short months!

Our courtyard is seeing the most significant transformation as we lay the rebar and framing for our walking paths, as well as the structural foundation and plumbing for our Tree of Life fountain. The exterior walls have been painted and the awnings are installed.

Inside, the chair rails have been installed and much of the interior has been painted. Countertops and bathroom tiles have been installed in our resident units, and flooring, entry/exit doors, cabinetry, acoustic ceiling panels, and carpet are awaiting installment!   

Out front, our sales trailer has been removed to make way for the parking lot and paver installation, and the front facade will soon see fresh paint!
