Construction Update: May 2021

Providence Living at Maitland is just one step away from opening our doors and welcoming our new families. We couldn’t be more excited!

Last week, we received our temporary certificate of occupancy! Construction is complete and our staff and furnishings have officially moved into the building. As we await our assisted living licensure allowing residents to move in as well, our team prepares for the transition by making sure all the interior details are secured.

During this time, we invite you and your loved one to tour our community! Get a first-hand glimpse into life at Providence by walking our lush courtyard, previewing our resident suites, and observing the wonderful common areas our residents and families will enjoy.
